Diabetes insipidus

Несахарный диабет

(NSD) – a disease characterized by diabetes, increased osmolarity of plasma, the exciting mechanism of thirst and drinking large amounts of kompensetornym fluid.
Etiology and pathogenesis. The disease is caused by deficiency of vasopressin (VP), which controls water reabsorption in renal distal tubules of the nephron, where under physiological conditions provided a negative clearance "free" water to the extent necessary for hemostasis, and ends with the concentration of urine.

There are a number of etiological classifications insipidus
diabetes.More likely to use a central division
(Neurogenic, hypothalamic) diabetes insipidus with insufficient
accurate production of vasopressin (complete or partial) and ne-
riferichesky. The central forms are real, sym-
tomatichesky iidiopatichesky (familial or acquired)
diabetes insipidus.When peripheral diabetes insipidus
maintained normal production VI, but reduced or ab-
tvuet sensitivity to the hormone receptor channel-renal
CET (vazopressinrezistentny nephrogenic diabetes insipidus)
or vasopressin strongly inactivated in the liver, kidney,
placenta.
The cause of central diabetes insipidus may form
to be inflammatory, degenerative, traumatic, tumor
left, etc.lesions of the hypothalamic-neyrogipofizarnoy
(Front nucleus of the hypothalamus, supraoptikogipofizarny tract
